Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Sales Officer to drive revenue growth, develop and maintain strong client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills, along with a customer-focused approach and the ability to build long-term business partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
Identify, approach, and convert new business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Collaborate with marketing, operations, and customer support teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular sales reports.
Forecast sales performance and contribute to business planning.
Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.
Mentor and support junior sales team members when required.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Graduate (Masters)

Required Experience:More than 3 years

Other Specification

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in sales or business development. (Prior experience in automotive sector is preferred)
Strong track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and relationship management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required.
