Roles and responsibilities of this job

The Marketing Manager will drive Nepova’s marketing strategy, brand visibility, and customer acquisition, focusing on B2B markets such as institutions, schools, colleges, training centers, and corporates.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and generate qualified leads.
Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, social media, and paid advertising.
Build and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, training centers, corporates, and other clients.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for prospective clients.
Collaborate with sales and product teams to support customer acquisition and retention.
Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities.
Create and manage marketing content, promotional materials, and branding initiatives.
Track campaign performance and prepare marketing performance reports.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 3 years

Other Specification

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, sales, or business development.
Experience in B2B marketing and client relationship management.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and lead generation.
Familiarity with SaaS products, IT solutions, or EdTech is preferred.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and presentations.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in SaaS (Software as a Service) marketing.
Ability to manage campaigns and optimize marketing funnels.
Strong storytelling and brand-building capability.
