We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Junior Sales Officer to support our sales team in achieving business growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, promoting the company's products or services, and meeting assigned sales targets. This role requires strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic sales environment.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and approach potential customers to generate new business opportunities.
Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Promote and present the company's products or services to customers.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall team performance.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up on customer inquiries.
Conduct regular client visits and maintain effective communication.
Assist in negotiating sales agreements and closing deals.
Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM or sales reports.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities and share insights with the sales team.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and promotional events.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
More than 1 year of relevant sales experience.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic negotiation and customer relationship management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
