Job Description

  • Obtain the MOFA number of candidates online (for Saudi companies).
  • Update MOFA number of candidates in the system according to visa categories.
  • Upload photo, courier report of candidate in software.
  • Send selected candidates for medicaland follow up them.
  • Update medical record, visa stamped status of candidates in the software.
  • Check for MOFA/Heath payments.
  • Make list for GAMCA updating.
  • Photo scanning/photo copying and printing of documents.
  • Hand over all the ready passports to Government department for Pre-approval.
  • Prepare the passports of candidates and other documents for sending to Visa stamping process.
  • Responsible for scanning and photocopying of document needed for recruitment purpose.
  • Complete every official task assigned by Recruitment Director, Recruitment Manager and Asst. Recruitment Manager.
  • Filing of Candidate's documents in proper order.
  • Report to Assistant Recruitment Manager/ Recruitment Manager.
