Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Recruitment Officer to join our Head Office in Kathmandu. The role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process to attract, assess, and hire the right talent for the organization. The ideal candidate should have strong interpersonal skills, knowledge of modern recruitment practices, and the ability to handle multiple hiring requirements efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Identify hiring needs in coordination with department heads and prepare job descriptions accordingly.
  • Source candidates through various channels (job portals, social media, referrals, recruitment agencies, etc.).
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and schedule further evaluations with relevant managers.
  • Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment dashboards.
  • Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
  • Assist in designing recruitment strategies to meet short-term and long-term hiring goals.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws during recruitment and onboarding.
