  • Talent Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods to identify and attract high-caliber candidates, ensuring a diverse pool of talent for client projects.
  • Candidate Evaluation: Screen, assess, and interview candidates to match them with suitable job opportunities, ensuring a seamless recruitment process.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Zuswork team to align client requirements, share best practices, and contribute to the overall success of recruitment projects.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends, recruitment best practices, and emerging technologies to enhance your skills and effectiveness as a recruiter.

Requirements:

  • Proven Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in US-based recruitment, with a strong track record of sourcing and placing candidates across various industries.
  • Expertise: Proficiency in recruitment techniques, candidate assessment, and client relationship management.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and candidates.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to different client requirements and recruitment challenges, demonstrating flexibility and resourcefulness.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using recruitment platforms, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and other digital tools to streamline processes and enhance productivity.

  • Regional Knowledge: Familiarity with the US market and its unique recruitment landscape is a MUST.
