Job Description

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • In charge of all front desk operations.
  • Maintain and update contact lists of students, faculty and staff members (with a mailing address, mobile number, father/mother's name and DOB )
  • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
  • Attending incoming and outgoing calls
  • Transferring calls and communicating messages timely to concerned departments
  • Responsible for dispatching letters, couriers, mail and keeping a record of them
  • Responsible for distributing student & staff ID Card, forms, and results of students through proper record system
  • Follow up with late commerce/absent student’s parents to minimize the number of Late comers/absent students and report to the supervisor
  • Inquire about teacher and staff if he/she is not on time.
  • Make Character certificate/Internship Letter/Recommendation Letter.
  • Coordinating college events such as NCM Day, Sports Day, Workshop, Socialization Program, Graduation Dinner, Seminars, and Field Trips.
  • Counseling callers/visitors for BBA and BHM programs, during the admission session
  • Operate various office equipment including a computer, facsimile machine, photocopy machine, and telephone
