Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and efficient Secretary to provide administrative support and ensure the smooth operation of our office. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational abilities, proficiency in MS Office applications, and the flexibility to work remotely when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain executive calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings
  • Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and other materials
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and phone calls professionally
  • Maintain accurate and organized filing systems, both physical and digital
  • Prepare and format various documents, reports, and presentations
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries as needed
  • Assist with office supply management and other administrative tasks
  • Provide general administrative support to ensure office efficiency

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Minimum educational qualification: Bachelor's in any field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite, particularly Word and Excel
  • Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop is preferred but not mandatory
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
