Job Description

Major Responsibilities

  • Assisting in day to day administration by performing duties assigned by the DGM.
  • Preparing letters and documents as per Company format and Policy.
  • Receiving and sorting mail and delivering to the concerned authorities.
  • Scheduling appointments of the clients to the needful.
  • Maintaining appointment diary either manually or electronically for future record.
  • Preparing the meeting minutes as and when required
  • Organizing post/emails/calls and Coordinating meetings & client appointments  
  • Building strong relationships across a wide base of clients and business associates 

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Should be a bachelor degree holder with 3-5 years relevant experience with computer literacy.
  • Should be flexible to work under required timing
  • Should have good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Should know English as well as Nepali typing

Common Skills: - Strong desire for growth, passion for profession, high degree of diligence, excellent teamwork, outstanding customer service, good communication, decision-making and sound judgment skills, professional knowledge, training and coaching, personal leadership, financial awareness and analytical thinking, leadership skills, good written skills, proficiency in Microsoft package. Preference will be given to candidates with international exposure.
