Qualification and Experience:

  • Minimum Bachelor and equivalent in any field
  • Minimum 2 years of Experience in related field

Knowledge & Abilities: 

  • Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone,answering or referring inquiries
  • Maintains security by following procedures,monitoring logbook issuing visitor badges
  • Maintains telecommunication system by following manufacturer's instructions for house phone and console operation
  • Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures,rules,and regulations.Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions,irregularities,and continuing needs
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Answer the phone in a timely manner and direct calls to the correct offices
  • Create and manage both digital and hardcopy filing systems.
  • Deal with booking products by phone,e-mail, letter,fax or face-to-face
  • Prepare bills and take payments
  • Deal with special requests with customers
  • Deal with product complaints or problems
  • Answer telephone calls and take messages or forward calls
  • Enter customer data and send correspondence
  • Copy,file and maintain paper or electronic documents and records
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail
