Roles and responsibilities of this job

Manning of front desk and act as focal person of the office.
Provide office support services in order to ensure efficiency and effectiveness within the Office.
Receive, direct and relay telephone messages.
Direct the general public to the appropriate staff member.
Respond to public inquiries.
Prepare attendance of the office staff.
Type letter and documents as per the instruction.
Administrative work.

Required Education Level:Higher Secondary (+2/A Levels/IB)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Workable command of English language both in spoken and written.
Excellent knowledge of Computer with proficiency in English & Nepali typing.
Must be proficiency in Nepali typing.
Able to handle email.
