Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Greet and assist students, parents, and visitors in a polite and professional manner.
Answer phone calls, take messages, and handle email and in-person inquiries.
Maintain front desk, reception area, and appointment schedules.
Perform basic administrative tasks and data entry using MS Office or Google tools.
Communicate effectively in English and Nepali.
Be punctual, well-organized, and ready to assist the counseling team when needed

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Higher Secondary (+2/A Levels/IB)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 1 year

Other Specification

Education: Minimum +2 level (Bachelor’s running or completed preferred).
Skills: Good communication skills, basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, internet).
Language: Fluency in English and Nepali (spoken and written).
Personality: Friendly, organized, punctual, and willing to learn.

Preferred Skills:

Friendly and well-spoken individual with basic computer skills,
able to manage front desk tasks, handle calls, and greet visitors professionally.
Must be organized, punctual, and quick to learn.
