  • Provide accurate and complete information to queries made by patients and visitors in a professional way and receive the calls.
  • Answering phones in a professional manner.
  • Answering, forwarding, and screening phone calls.
  • Provide excellent customer service.
  • Provide information about hospital services, procedures, and policies to patients, visitors, and callers.
  • Make billing of patients - OPD billing, IPD billing (Admission and Discharge).
  • Check Discharge File and update file of admitted patients.
  • Adhere to hospital protocols, confidentiality policies, and regulatory requirements at all times.
