  • Answer telephone calls and redirect them to appropriate staff members 
  • Receive and send e-mails, letters, fax, etc 
  • Greet visitors and Provide pertinent information about the company's main activities, products or services 
  • Take appointments 
  • Order and maintain office supplies 
  • Keep all databases and documents archive updated 
  • Handle minor complaints or misunderstandings
