We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Quality Control Officer to join our factory operations. The selected candidates will be responsible for ensuring product quality, food safety, and compliance with established standards throughout the beverage production process. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals looking to build a career in the food and beverage manufacturing industry.

Department: Quality Control Officer

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and inspect raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure quality standards are met.
Conduct routine quality checks and tests as per company procedures and food safety guidelines.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, hygiene standards, and company quality policies.
Maintain accurate records of quality inspections, test results, and corrective actions.
Assist in implementing and maintaining quality systems such as GMP, GHP, and HACCP.
Identify quality issues during production and report them to the concerned department for corrective action.
Support audits, inspections, and quality improvement initiatives.
Coordinate with production and warehouse teams to ensure proper handling and storage of products.
Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained within the factory premises.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:Equal to 1 year

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology or a related field.
Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
Basic understanding of food quality control and food safety standards.
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
Ability to work in a factory/production environment.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced manufacturing setup.
