Job Description

Job Purpose: To ensure timely procurement of quality materials, machinery, spare parts, and services at the best possible cost to support uninterrupted cement production and operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle procurement of spare parts, ensuring timely sourcing and purchasing.
  • Maintain and update vendor and supplier databases.
  • Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely processing.
  • Follow up on deliveries to ensure timely receipt of goods.
  • Coordinate with suppliers for quotations, negotiations, and quality assurance.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment.
  • Resolve discrepancies related to orders, invoices, or shipments.
  • Prepare and maintain procurement records and documentation.
  • Generate reports on procurement activities and expenses.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and compliance standards.
