Industry: Cement / Building Materials
Reporting To: Regional Sales Manager / HOD

Job Purpose

The Project Sales Officer is responsible for driving sales growth, strengthening dealer and distributor networks, managing the sales team, and increasing market penetration of cement products across Madhesh Province while ensuring timely collections and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, implement, and monitor sales strategies to achieve assigned targets in Madhesh Province
Handle project sales for cement in assigned provinces
Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, consultants, and project owners
Identify and follow up on new construction projects (residential, commercial, infrastructure)
Coordinate with technical and logistics teams for timely supply and support
Prepare sales reports, project status updates, and market intelligence
Ensure achievement of assigned sales targets and collection goals
Promote company products and provide basic technical guidance to clients

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 3 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
Minimum 3–6 years of experience in cement or building materials sales
Prior experience managing a sales territory and team is preferred
