Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a professional and proactive Public Relations Officer (PRO) to manage communication between the company and external stakeholders, handle official documentation, and support administrative operations. The PRO will ensure smooth compliance with government regulations and maintain positive organizational representation.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the company’s liaison with government offices and regulatory bodies.
Handle official documentation, including licenses, permits, and government correspondence.
Facilitate timely submission of legal and regulatory documents.
Assist management in maintaining corporate image and public relations activities.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
Respond to inquiries from stakeholders and provide professional guidance.
Maintain records of communications and official approvals.
Support administrative functions and other tasks as assigned by management.

Educational Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Public Administration, or a related field.

Experience:

Proven experience as a PRO or in a similar administrative role.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional appearance and excellent organizational skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of government procedures and regulatory requirements is a plus.
