Mangala Cement Industries Pvt Ltd, a leading name in the cement manufacturing sector, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Head to spearhead our sales strategy and drive growth in Kathmandu, Nuwakot, Dhadhing, Makawanpur, and surrounding areas. Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement annual and monthly sales plans, volume targets and pricing strategy in line with company objectives.
Expand and manage the dealer, sub-dealer and distributor network across Kathmandu Valley, Dhading, Nuwakot, Gorkha, Chitwan, Makwanpur and other target districts.
Build relationships with contractors, builders, real estate developers, and government and institutional project buyers to secure bulk and project orders.
Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, brand positioning and dealer incentive schemes, and recommend timely action.
Design and administer dealer incentive, discount and credit schemes in coordination with Management and Finance.
Manage credit limits, receivables and timely collection; reduce overdue balances and bad debts.
Coordinate with Production, Logistics and Dispatch to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Lead brand promotion, dealer meets, site activities and other marketing programs.
Recruit, train, supervise and evaluate the sales team, including sales officers and field staff.
Prepare regular MIS reports on sales, collections, market share and dealer performance for the Management.
Ensure compliance with company policies, tax and VAT requirements and applicable laws in all sales transactions.

Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships.
In-depth knowledge of the local market dynamics in Kathmandu, Nuwakot, Dhadhing, Makawanpur, and surrounding areas.
Strategic thinker with a results-driven approach and a passion for achieving sales excellence.
