Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to join our innovative team. The Product Manager will be responsible for the planning, development, and execution of products in the technology sector. This role requires a blend of business acumen, strategic thinking, and technical knowledge to drive product success from inception to market launch and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:

Knowledge of how software is developed, from concept to deployment.
Understanding of how different systems and components interact within a product.
Develop and manage the product road-map, aligning with the company's vision and goals.
Ability to understand and discuss technical details with engineering teams, including coding languages, APIs, and cloud technologies.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to bring products to life.
Ability to define and communicate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with business goals.
Skill in creating and managing product road-maps, prioritizing features and initiatives based on business needs and technical constraints.
Ability to understand market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform product decisions.
Manage the product life cycle from concept through launch, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
Work closely with senior leadership to align product goals with business objectives.
Communicate product vision, progress, and changes to stakeholders.
Plan and execute product launches, including marketing strategies, training, and customer outreach.
Monitor product performance post-launch, gathering feedback, and iterating as necessary.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor strategies.
Identify new product opportunities and areas for growth.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 4 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
At least 4-5 years of experience as a Product Manager in the technology sector.
Strong understanding of software development, UX/UI design, and agile methodologies.
Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana) and collaboration tools (e.g., Confluence, Slack).
Certification in Agile, Scrum, or related methodologies (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster, PMP) is preferred.
Proven track record of successfully launching and managing tech products.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to analyze complex data and make data-driven decisions.
Familiarity with project management tools and product management software.
