Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Production Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating production machinery, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring smooth and efficient production processes while adhering to safety procedures and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

Operate PVC manufacturing machines and production equipment safely and efficiently.
Monitor production processes to ensure product quality and meet production targets.
Inspect finished products for defects, report any quality issues and able to comply with regulatory requirements.
Perform routine machine cleaning and timely maintenance.
Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times.
Maintain a clean and organised work area.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Higher Secondary (+2/A Levels/IB)

Required Experience:More than 3 years

Other Specification

High school diploma or equivalent with minimum of three years of experience.
Previous experience in PVC or plastic manufacturing and knowledge of chemical composition is preferred.
Ability to operate manufacturing machinery and follow work instructions.
Attention to detail, physical strength and stamina, problem-solving skills, and hand tool management
Good teamwork, communication skills and soft skills on computer.
Willingness to work in multiple shifts and work under pressure.
