Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Sales Executive – Unified Communications & Pro AV to develop our growing enterprise technology business.

The role will focus on identifying new customers, developing business opportunities, conducting customer meetings and product demonstrations, preparing solutions and proposals, and maintaining strong relationships with corporate, government and institutional customers.

The product portfolio includes Video Conferencing, Unified Communications, IP Telephony, IP-PBX, Professional Audio/Video, Meeting Room Solutions, Interactive Displays, Wireless Presentation and other enterprise communication technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities in corporate, government, hospitality, education, healthcare, banking and other institutional sectors.
Conduct regular customer visits, meetings and presentations.
Generate new leads through market research, cold calling, networking, referrals and field visits.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable UC, Video Conferencing, IP Telephony and Pro AV solutions.
Conduct and coordinate product demonstrations and site visits.
Prepare quotations, BOQs and commercial proposals with support from the technical team.
Follow up on leads, quotations and ongoing projects until successful closure.
Develop relationships with IT managers, procurement teams, consultants, system integrators and key decision-makers.
Develop reseller, dealer and system-integrator business opportunities.
Maintain an updated sales pipeline and provide regular sales activity reports.
Coordinate internally with technical, operations and management teams for project execution.
Monitor competitor products, market pricing and emerging technologies.
Maintain relationships with existing customers and identify opportunities for repeat business, upgrades and cross-selling.
Achieve assigned sales and business-development targets.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, IT, Electronics, Engineering, or a related field.
1–3 years of B2B sales or business development experience preferred.
Experience in IT solutions, networking, telecom, unified communications, video conferencing, IP telephony, Pro AV, CCTV, or system integration will be an advantage.
Fresh graduates with strong communication skills, confidence, and a genuine interest in technology sales may also be considered.
Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to identify prospects, generate leads, and develop new customer accounts.
Comfortable with cold calling, customer visits, and field-based sales activities.
Ability to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable technology solutions.
Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented with a strong business development mindset.
Good command of both English and Nepali.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/sales reporting tools.
A two-wheeler and valid driving license will be an advantage.
