We are looking for talented Project Manager to join our growing team and oversee the production of video projects for leading best-selling authors and speakers across North America.

At Speakervideos, we specialize in creating world-class short-form and long-form content that amplifies our clients’ impact. Our fully remote team of 22+ creatives across Nepal and 4 other countries works collaboratively to deliver high-quality, engaging videos that drive visibility and results.

This is a full-time remote role that offers flexibility, but also comes with clear expectations of ownership, accountability, and consistent communication. You will play a critical role in ensuring smooth project execution, managing timelines, aligning creative teams, and maintaining the high standards our clients expect.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day activities of video projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
Communicate effectively with video editors, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth workflows.
Conduct market and content-related research as needed.
Assist with creative writing and select clips from long-form videos for social media content.
Maintain quality control for all video outputs and ensure they meet client expectations.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal).
Proven project management skills (experience in IT, advertising, or content creation is a bonus).
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
Prior experience engaging in video (post-production, editing, supervision, etc.)
