Content Creator

We are a fast-growing international business brand building our presence on Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook. We create educational, engaging content for entrepreneurs and business owners globally. We are looking for a talented content creator to join our small team and help us grow our audience with consistent, high-quality video content every single day.

HOW THE WEEK WORKS

• Day 1 — Strategy call (online, 1–2 hrs): You come prepared with content ideas, hooks, and a plan for the week. We review and approve together. You own the creative direction.
• Day 2 — Filming day (in office, Kathmandu): You come to our office to film the week's content with the founder. You direct the shoot — angles, framing, lighting, delivery. You leave with all the footage you need.
• Days 3–7 — Edit & post (work from home): You edit the footage into 7 short-form videos and post one every day across Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Research trends and come up with weekly content ideas, hooks, and formats independently
• Lead the content strategy session each week — bring a full plan ready to approve
• Direct and film short-form video content once a week at our office
• Edit videos into polished Reels and Shorts (captions, music, cuts, subtitles)
• Post one piece of content every day — Instagram, Facebook, YouTube
• Write engaging captions in English for a global audience
• Track performance and continuously improve hooks, formats, and posting times
