Project Manager

The Project Manager will be responsible for the overall planning, coordination, supervision, and management of hydropower construction activities, including civil, structural, and underground tunnel works. The role requires strong leadership to ensure project progress, quality control, contract compliance, safety management, and effective utilization of resources from project commencement to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and manage the overall project scope, budget, schedule, and resources to ensure timely project completion.
• Determine manpower, equipment, and material requirements throughout the project lifecycle while ensuring adherence to approved budgets.
• Supervise and coordinate the work of employees, contractors, and subcontractors involved in the project.
• Assist senior management in decision-making and project execution.
• Supervise civil, structural, and underground works, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, BOQs, specifications, and technical standards.
• Oversee surveying, estimation, drawing preparation, design coordination, and site layout activities.
• Coordinate geological surveys, rock mass classification, and mapping related to underground structures.
• Measure executed works and prepare or verify bills, quantities, and related documentation.
• Support the preparation and verification of Interim Payment Certificates (IPC), variations, and claims.
• Maintain proper records of project activities, measurements, approvals, correspondence, and site events.
