Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Civil Engineer to support the successful execution of energy infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for design, supervision, and quality control of civil works related to renewable energy systems. This role is ideal for professionals who excel in dynamic project environments, enjoy fieldwork, and can coordinate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities

Design and supervise civil works including, foundations and mounting structures (solar PV systems) and Pump houses, reservoirs, and water storage tanks
Perform quantity estimation, BOQ preparation, and rate analysis.
Ensure quality control and adherence to engineering standards at project sites.
Manage and supervise contractors and site teams.
Coordinate closely with electrical and mechanical engineering teams.
Monitor construction progress and ensure timely project completion.
Review drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
Prepare reports and maintain project documentation.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 5 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
Minimum 5 years of experience in civil works, preferably within energy or infrastructure projects.
Strong knowledge of structural and construction practices.
Experience in BOQ preparation, estimation, and cost analysis.
Ability to manage on-site construction and contractor teams.
Good understanding of renewable energy project requirements (preferred).
Strong coordination and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
