  • To manage, develop and support a team of telesales staff and implement day-to-day operations
  • Responsible for handling enquiries and complaints when referred on by Tele-Sales staff
  • Responsible for ensuring that the team meets service levels and other key performance indicator targets
  • To monitor and track sales performance. Responsible for producing and analyzing Tele-Sales and team performance reports
  • To achieve or exceed monthly sales revenue targets
  • Responsible for providing feedback to Tele-Sales staff and guiding them on how they can increase revenue
  • Conduct ongoing training and coaching to meet quality requirements
  • An individual that has experience within a business – to - business telesales / outbound customer service operation in a high activity environment
  • Strong sales, analytical, organization, communication and people skills required
  • Working knowledge of telecom and communication related organization sales management is preferred
  • Team player
  • Experience of technology-based products would be an advantage
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies, products and procedures
  • Ability to work and thrive in a multi-tasked and fast-paced environment

  • Fluent in English and Nepali Language

  • Coaching, inspiring and motivating a sales team
  • Ensuring the team meets the sales targets<
  • Sales training, development, and performance management
  • A good understanding of the market dynamics in the respective sector
  • Developing sales strategies to guarantee success and growth
  • Disciplined use of CRM system, communication and customer management
  • Handling client complaints and inquiries
  • Monitoring random calls for quality assurance
  • Forecasting and analyzing sales ratio
  • Daily, weekly, monthly telesales campaign reviews
  • Regular reporting of KPI’s to directors
  • Keeping to targets and managing KPI’s.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
  • Report and escalate to management as needed
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
  • Capacity to handle multiple projects
