3 years of hands-on development experience in commercial software
At least 1 year direct work experience in a project management capacity, including all aspects of process development and execution
Must have previous experience with Agile/Scrum development methodology
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects at a time and priorities tasks
Ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities
A proactive nature driving delivery of projects forward in spite of hurdles and actively driving the schedule and coordinating across functions to ensure projects are delivered within scope and on time.
Understanding the needs and motivations of all stakeholders in order to meet the objectives of the given product
Experience working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
Strong coaching and leadership skills

The Project Manager will be responsible for executing all tasks for smooth implementation of projects

Should be able to lead, motivate and manage the team
Be involved in Process Improvement
Should have excellent interpersonal skills
Previous job responsibilities including software development, high-level systems architecture, and database design
Able to make Strategic decisions with both software and hardware solutions and systems; development of technical system requirements
