Education Level	:	Graduate (Masters)
Experience Required	:	Not Required

At least 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience in peace building and conflict transformation;
Experience in project management (planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation);
Candidate having experience in Playback Theatre will be given priority;
Fluency and excellence in English and Nepali (written and oral);
Good communication and facilitation skills;
Skilled computer literacy in all Microsoft office programs, including data processing skills, Internet and Email.

Duration: Initially 11 months with possible extension

Major responsibilities:

Program Coordinator will be responsible to implement the project activities, and maintain effective communication and good working relations with government stakeholders, dialogue facilitators, ex- combatants, local community people and other partner organizations. The PC will work closely with Integrative Mediator/ Theatre Trainerand close supervision and guidance of the Executive Director/Back-stopper.
