Roles and responsibilities of this job

Reports to: Program Manager / Managing Director

Key Roles and Responsibilities

Program Implementation

Support planning, implementation, and monitoring of KUSHAL training, OJT, and employment activities.
Coordinate participant mobilization, screening, enrollment, orientation, and graduation processes.
Ensure timely implementation of project activities in accordance with approved work plans.
Facilitate trainings, workshops, meetings, review sessions, and exposure visits.
Monitor trainee attendance, participation, progress, and completion.

Stakeholder Coordination

Maintain effective coordination with Local Governments, training providers, employers, industries, and community stakeholders.
Support the implementation of tripartite agreements among CNF, municipalities, and private sector partners.
Organize coordination meetings and document key decisions.
Strengthen partnerships with employers and OJT host organizations.

Employment and OJT Support

Coordinate trainee placement in On-the-Job Training (OJT).
Monitor trainee performance during OJT and provide follow-up support.
Facilitate employment, job placement, and self-employment linkages.
Maintain updated records of employment outcomes and graduate tracking.

Monitoring, Evaluation and Documentation

Conduct regular monitoring visits to training centers and OJT sites.
Collect, verify, and maintain beneficiary and program data.
Prepare activity reports, monitoring reports, progress updates, and project documentation.
Support the MEAL Officer in data collection, reporting, and quality assurance.
Document success stories, case studies, best practices, and lessons learned.

Safeguarding and Compliance

Comply with CNF's Code of Conduct, safeguarding, and organizational policies.
Promote ethical, transparent, and accountable engagement with all stakeholders.

Required Experience:More than 5 years

Other Specification

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Development Studies, Rural Development, Education, Social Sciences, Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree will be an added advantage.

Experience

Applicants should have:

At least five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in project implementation, preferably in TVET, livelihoods, employment promotion, or donor-funded development projects.
Proven experience coordinating with Local Governments, private sector partners, industries, and community stakeholders.
Experience in supervising project activities and field teams.
Experience in monitoring, evaluation, data management, documentation, and reporting.
Experience using KoBoToolbox.
Strong analytical, database management, and data visualization skills.

Core Competencies

The successful candidate should demonstrate:

Excellent communication, coordination, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong report writing and documentation skills in both English and Nepali.
Good facilitation and presentation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
Willingness to travel extensively to project locations.
