• Plan, organize, lead and control activities of the project as its focal person to ensure that the goals, and objectives of the project are accomplished within the given time and funding parameters
• Develop phase-wise work- and staffing plans of the project, and assign duties to project personnel
• Supervise all consultants to ensure contracts and agreements are executed and implemented to the satisfaction of the donor
• Manage the activities of all staff involved in the project, including program and administration
• Act as a primary spokesperson and have overall operational and management responsibility of the project
• Work closely with district coordinators and regional offices to ensure the overall quality and management of the project
• Perform any other duty assigned by the chair
