    Candidate Requirement:

    • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree ideally Final Year or Higher
    • High energy individual with great communication skill
    • Can do attitude / Willingness to learn
    • Leadership experience
    • Strong speaking and writing skills in both Nepali and English Languages
    • Strong computer competency including Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
    • 15 – 20 hours of time commitment on weekly basis
    Location: The position is either based Kathmandu or in Teach for Nepal program regions
    Compensation: Stipend + Trainings 

Job Description

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:


  • Identify, recruit, and train Teach for Nepal Campus Ambassadors (CA) in college/campus
  • Conduct surveys of the potential applicants, identify best talent and encourage the talent to apply to the program
  • Work with Recruitment Manager and marketing team to help design best marketing materials, including messages that would be effective in attracting the best talents
  • Facilitate focus group and on campus research programs
  • Develop relationship with college / campus authorities so that Teach for Nepal program can be conducted on campus
  • Deliver lectures and presentation on Teach for Nepal to encourage final year students to apply for the program
  • Organize on campus recruitment events
  • Distribute marketing materials such as flyers, posters, brochures, and pamphlets around the campus and other key locations.
  • Identify best places such as Cafés, Malls, and Cinema Theaters where potential candidates frequent, organize recruitment activities including distribution of marketing/recruitment materials
  • Support selection process by reading through the application and short-listing the candidates
  • Conduct phone interview of the candidates
  • Facilitate in-person selection process including logistical arrangements
  • Use social media platforms such as Facebook and twitter to spread the word on Teach for Nepal
  • Support training programs by facilitating logistical arrangement for the trainings
