Masters or Bachelorâ€™s degree with 2-4 years of direct supervisory or management experience
Knowledge of principles and practices related to child development and educational issues
Must have strong and polished interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
Creative, strategic and analytical thinker with the ability to manage multiple projects
Experienced in developing and managing budgets, proposal writing, hiring, and training, supervising and assessing personnel
Must be highly organized and able to work well with others
Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows based computer application and database management
Able to work with a variety of populations, including 5-12 year olds, 13-17 year olds and 18 years and up

Accomplish program requirements by orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, and coaching volunteers/facilitators for program activities at 5 different districts
Responsible for the preparation of all assigned proposal
Meets work standards by identifying work process improvements for the program working for children
Meet cost standards by monitoring expenses; implementing cost-saving actions during the program and its activities
Plan, manage and coordinate program activities in different communities of 5 districts
Manage fund raising activities to reach out to more childrenÂ
