Job Description

As a Fundraising Coordinator, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating various projects within our organization. Your main goal will be to ensure the successful implementation of our programs and initiatives, in line with our mission and goals.

Responsibilities:

Fundraising Strategy Development and establish partnerships to align organizations with our NGO's mission.
Donor Relations and Grant Writing & Proposals
Develop, implement, and monitor program objectives and action plans
Identify and establish partnerships with local organizations and stakeholders
Oversee project budgets and ensure efficient use of resources
Conduct regular evaluations and reports on program progress and impact
Organize and facilitate trainings, workshops, and events related to program objectives
Provide guidance and support to project teams and staff
Work closely with other departments within the organization to ensure program alignment and collaboration
Keep up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and donor requirements
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to programs and projects
Represent the organization at meetings, conferences, and other events related to programs
Social Media, Marketing and Impact Assessment

Requirements:

Excellent proposal and grant writing skills.
Strong communication and networking skills to build donor relationships.
Knowledge of fundraising strategies, donor management, and corporate partnerships.
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in fundraising, donor relations, grant writing, or nonprofit management.
Bachelor's degree in international development, social sciences, or a related field
Excellent project management and organizational skills
Proficiency in MS Office and project management software
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
