Established in the year 2020, Global College of Technology (GCT) is a Higher Education Institution under the ownership of Global College Group that commenced its operation in the year 2004 in Kathmandu Nepal under the corporate name Professional Educators Limited. Its major aim is to deliver tertiary education at par with the international standards in Nepal in affiliation with a well-ranked foreign university under a Transnational Education scheme. The intent to run tertiary education programmes at GCT includes several courses and programmes in the stream of business administration, information technology and other disciplines that assume high market demands and are significantly impactful in bringing positive transformation in local, national, regional, international and global communities.

Situated at Baneshwor, the prime location and at the heart of Kathmandu, Nepal, Global College operates all its academic programmes in the world-class infrastructure set on a land area of approximately two acres in size. There are 3 academic and administrative buildings equipped with high-tech facilities and modern resources. With its central location, the college has access to the nearest public transportation from all parts of Kathmandu Valley and is surrounded by medium and large industry corporate houses, financial institutions and technology hubs such as Fusemachines, Leapfrog, One Hub and other many IT companies as well as hospitality centres. Covering the total area of 2 acres of land and with the 3800 square feet construction, the college has made an addendum of another set of land and property spread over 2 acres of land in the adjoining area site. The premises are ideal for running academic programmes in Information Technology (IT), Business Management, Health and Medicine studies and more academic programmes of market relevance so that the college can operate its curricular, co-curricular and extracurricular activities in collaboration with and support of the mentioned corporate and industry sectors.
