Viswa Consult Pvt. We are expanding our team and seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Accounts Officer to strengthen our financial operations in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain day-to-day accounting records (sales, purchases, journal entries).
Prepare and file VAT returns and TDS reports in compliance with Nepal regulations.
Handle contractor/vendor payments and TDS deductions.
Manage project billing, retention, and advance adjustments.
Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
Coordinate with auditors and respond to tax-related queries.
Prepare monthly financial reports for management review.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
Preferred experience in construction, engineering consulting, or banking sector.
Strong knowledge of VAT, TDS compliance, and project-based accounting.
Proficiency in Tally or similar accounting software.
Strong MS Excel skills (reconciliation, formulas).
Ability to work under deadlines and handle pressure with professionalism.
Candidates with a two-wheeler and a valid driving license will be preferred

At present the firm has more than 30 regular full time staff consisting of Highway Engineers, Civil Engineers, Socio-Economists, Surveyors, Agriculturist and Administrative Staffs as well as part time staff for community development and economy apart from the engineering disciplines.
