Tara Oriental is seeking a Production Assistant to join our dynamic and growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about textiles and fashion production to gain hands-on experience with one of Nepal’s leading luxury cashmere manufacturers.

As a Production Assistant, you will support our day-to-day production operations and assist our managers in maintaining smooth workflows across departments. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring that our high-quality knitwear and woven cashmere products meet excellence at every stage—from raw materials to finished garments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct support to Production Managers in executing daily operational tasks, including the preparation of order sheets, gate passes, and specification sheets.
• Assist in monitoring and managing the end-to-end production cycle of client orders to ensure timely delivery and workflow efficiency.
• Support the Quality Control team in inspecting finished goods, ensuring all products meet the brand’s standards of excellence before dispatch.
• Collaborate with the team on sample development, including pattern-making and revisions based on feedback.
• Maintain accurate documentation of production flow between departments to ensure alignment with production timelines and shipping schedules.
• Aid in supervising the packaging and labeling process, ensuring orders are correctly prepared for shipment.
• Conduct garment measurements to verify alignment with the specifications outlined in the approved tech packs.
