Factory Manager

The Factory Manager will be responsible for managing overall factory operations, supervising production teams, ensuring quality control, maintaining machinery, and meeting production targets. The role requires strong leadership skills, operational planning ability, and knowledge of agro-based or food production systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate daily operations across multiple factory units and production facilities.
• Develop and implement production plans to ensure operational efficiency and achievement of production targets.
• Monitor factory performance, productivity, and operational KPIs across all assigned facilities.
• Lead, supervise, and support factory supervisors, production teams, and operational staff.
• Ensure consistent quality standards are maintained throughout the production process.
• Manage raw material planning, inventory control, stock management, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, sales, finance, and management teams to ensure smooth business operations.
• Ensure proper maintenance, utilization, and performance of machinery, equipment, and factory infrastructure.
• Implement and monitor health, safety, hygiene, and quality control standards across all production facilities.
• Conduct regular factory inspections and operational audits to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Analyze production data, operational reports, and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to increase productivity, reduce waste, and optimize operational costs.
• Manage workforce planning, employee performance, training, and staff development initiatives.
• Prepare and present operational, production, inventory, and performance reports to senior management.
• Support strategic planning, expansion projects, and business growth initiatives related to production operations.
• Ensure timely resolution of operational issues and implement corrective actions when required.
• Manage factory budgets, operational expenditures, and resource utilization to achieve cost-efficiency objectives.
