Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Factory Supervisor / Manager to oversee daily factory operations, ensure production targets are met, maintain quality standards, and manage workforce productivity. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and the ability to coordinate production activities efficiently while maintaining workplace safety and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute production schedules based on sales orders and inventory requirements.
Supervise factory operations including manufacturing, quality checks, packaging, and storage.
Manage workforce allocation, daily attendance, labor performance, and technical staff coordination.
Ensure proper maintenance and functionality of machines, tools, and production equipment.
Monitor raw material stock levels and initiate material requisitions when required.
Maintain accurate ERP or manual records of production, stock updates, and dispatch.
Coordinate with the logistics/transport team for timely dispatch of finished goods to clients and distribution points.
Enforce strict quality control standards to ensure products meet Hilltake’s specifications and brand reputation.
Implement safety policies, maintain a clean and safe workplace, and ensure compliance with factory rules and government regulations.
Oversee waste reduction, process improvement initiatives, and cost optimization.
Communicate regularly with the Sales and Operations team for up-to-date production requirements.
Prepare and present periodic reports on production performance, labor utilization, and stock status to management.
Address and resolve operational issues in a timely and professional manner.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 3 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred. Diploma holders with relevant experience will be considered.
Minimum 3 years experience in production supervision or factory operations, preferably in manufacturing or plastic molding industry.
Sound understanding of production planning, machine operation, and inventory control.
Ability to lead and motivate a diverse labor workforce.
