We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Officer to join Krish Home Studios. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing quality products and materials, managing supplier relationships, negotiating competitive pricing, and ensuring timely procurement to support the company's operations. The Procurement Officer will play a vital role in maintaining product availability while ensuring cost efficiency and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Source and procure building materials, interior products, and related supplies from approved vendors and manufacturers.
Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best quality, pricing, and delivery terms.
Prepare and process purchase orders in accordance with company policies and procurement procedures.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely replenishment of stock.
Maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers while identifying and developing new sourcing opportunities.
Compare quotations, evaluate supplier performance, and recommend suitable vendors.
Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery of purchased goods.
Verify purchase orders, invoices, and delivery documents for accuracy and compliance.
Monitor market trends, pricing, and product availability to support cost-effective purchasing decisions.
Maintain accurate procurement records, supplier databases, contracts, and documentation.
Resolve procurement-related issues, including delivery delays, quality concerns, and supplier discrepancies.
Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and applicable regulations.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Procurement, Logistics, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management.
Experience in the building materials, interior products, construction, or home improvement industry is an advantage.
Strong negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.
Good analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel; experience with ERP or procurement software is an added advantage.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
High level of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail.
