The Primary Vice Principal plays a key leadership role in supporting the Principal to ensure high-quality teaching, effective curriculum implementation, and smooth daily operations of the primary section. This role requires an inspiring instructional leader who can mentor teachers, foster collaboration, and uphold the school’s vision and values.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the Principal in planning, implementing, and evaluating academic and co-curricular programs in the primary section.
Oversee curriculum delivery, lesson planning, assessments, and classroom practices to ensure age-appropriate and engaging learning.
Mentor, observe, and support teachers through coaching, feedback, and professional development initiatives.
Ensure a safe, joyful, and inclusive learning environment that supports students’ academic, social, and emotional growth.
Coordinate daily operations of the primary section, including timetables, student discipline, and staff deployment.
Communicate effectively with parents, teachers, and other stakeholders to support student progress and school initiatives.
Monitor student performance and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
Uphold school policies, values, and child protection standards.
Assist in organizing school events, training programs, and community engagement activities.

Required Education Level:Graduate (Masters)

Required Experience:More than 5 years

Other Specification

A minimum Master’s Degree in Education or a related field.
5+ years of teaching experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity.
A proven track record of mentoring educators and managing primary school operations.
Exceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
