We are seeking qualified, passionate, and committed Teacher for the Primary, Lower Secondary, and Secondary levels. The ideal candidates will deliver engaging, child-centered instruction while maintaining high academic standards and supporting students’ overall growth.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and deliver effective, engaging, and curriculum-aligned lessons in the assigned subject area.
Use child-centered and differentiated teaching methodologies to address diverse learning needs.
Create a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment.
Assess, evaluate, and monitor student progress using appropriate formative and summative assessments.
Integrate ICT tools and digital resources to enhance teaching and learning.
Maintain accurate academic records, lesson plans, and student reports.
Collaborate with academic coordinators and colleagues to ensure curriculum alignment and quality delivery.
Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress and development.
Participate in school events, trainings, meetings, and professional development programs.
Uphold school policies, values, and child protection standards.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant subject (Master’s Degree preferred for Secondary level).
Valid teaching license (where applicable).
At least 2–3 years of teaching experience in a reputed school.
Strong command of the subject matter and effective instructional skills.
Proven ability to implement child-centered teaching methodologies.
Proficiency in classroom management, lesson planning, and assessment practices.
Working knowledge of ICT tools and digital teaching resources.
Preference will be given to candidates with teaching experience in English, Mathematics, and Science
