We are hiring a self motivated candidate to join our team as School Admin Officer. This is a mid-level position that requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to multiple department such as admin, account, transportation, food & beverage, housekeeping, security etc.
Support school management team for scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and visiting various stakeholders
Maintain student records and files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
Prepare and distribute school communications, including newsletters, announcements, and memos
Assist admin head and event coordinator for planning and executing school's internal and external events
Monitor and maintain office equipment and supplies inventory
Process incoming and outgoing documents, mail and packages
Handle phone calls and emails from parents, students, and staff, providing excellent customer service
Collaborate with both teaching and non-teaching staff for accomplishing academic/non academic programs
Assist with data entry and report generation as needed
Complete other administrative duties as assigned by the school's leadership team
