Job Description

  • Monitor lesson Plan and administer teaching practices
  • Work as a liaison between teachers and management
  • Observe and supervise classes
  • To handle learners issues and parents concern
  • To plan and coordinate trips and events
  • Knowledge of the early years frameworks along with their application in preschool settings
  • Provide leadership, motivate and encourage teachers to perform their responsibilities effectively and efficiently.
  • Develop an effective team, encouraging team participation in problem solving and developing improvement in operational practice
  • Support the professional development of the team.
  • Develop strategies to ensure forward planning, evaluation and review of the service.
  • Ensure safety and cleanliness around the pre school area.
