Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

To install medical and Laboratory equipment's and to perform field troubleshooting
To train customer for use and routine maintenance of the equipment
To carry out routine maintenance, service and breakdown repair of equipment installed by the company
To regularly visit installation site for routine visit
To provide remote maintenance service via; telephone, Skype, Google Meet, WhatsApp for emergency equipment maintenance
To produce documents of all installation, maintenance, remote maintenance, training service provided and to communicate it to higher authorities
To attend the training programs (Virtual as well) when company organizes the training

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Biomedical / Mechatronics / Electronics Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
At least 1 year of relevant experience in the IVD market or in technical support/field service experience handling biomedical equipment, medical devices, or related medical products
Must be PC literate and able to provide technical support for IT products
Resourceful with good communication and interpersonal skills including presentation to diverse audiences
Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills
Result-oriented and creative in problem-solving skills
Effective team player as well able to work independently
Able to perform 24/7 stand-by duties
Should address the customer problem if there is any.
