Role Purpose
The People and Culture Manager will lead Maatri Nepal’s human resource and organizational culture functions, ensuring that policies, systems, and practices foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace. This role is responsible for talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, compliance, and culture-building initiatives. The manager will play a key role in aligning people strategies with organizational goals while nurturing employee well-being, motivation, and professional growth.
