Job Description

  • Preparing salary details for all type of employees ensuring on time disbursement  
  • Regular tracking of attendance and leave of employees for record as well as update the details of employees accurately for salary disbursement by coordinating with HR department 
  • Preparing and verifying daily accounts receivable and payable reports  
  • Coordinating with HR department for SSF & CIT related work on time.  
  • Work closely with Finance team to ensure the efficient running of the payroll service which align to  Finance processes and procedures  
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the concerned authority
