Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Part-Time Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will visit our office once a week to manage bookkeeping tasks, maintain financial records in Tally, and handle filing and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain financial records and ensure proper documentation of all transactions.
Enter financial data into Tally
Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and payments and reconcile the funds.
Assist with audits and provide necessary documentation as required.
Maintain organized and up-to-date filing systems for financial documents.

Qualifications:

1 year experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role.
Proficiency in Tally accounting software.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Working Hours:

Part-time position, visiting the office once a week.
Flexible hours can be discussed to suit both the candidate and the company's needs.
