Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage daily financial transactions, prepare financial statements, perform account reconciliations, and ensure compliance with tax regulations. The ideal candidate will handle payroll, billing, expense tracking, and stock records while supporting audit processes and providing insights to improve financial efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage, analyze, and report daily financial transactions
Prepare financial statements, including Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet
Perform account reconciliation and maintain accurate ledger records
Manage payroll, billing, and expense tracking
Ensure compliance with tax regulations and financial policies
Assist in audit preparation and reporting processes
Provide financial insights and recommendations to improve efficiency
Maintain stock record

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce
2-4 years of experience in account management, finance operations, or billing control
Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally, SAP, or ERP-based accounting platforms
Strong knowledge of account reconciliation, ledger tracking, and collection follow-up
Familiarity with audit preparation formats and reporting schedules
Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail
Good communication skills for client-facing coordination
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Note: Candidates must have a two-wheeler with a valid license.
