We are looking for a smart, detail-oriented, and reliable Accountant to manage and maintain student financial transaction records. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable working with numbers, financial records, and digital tools on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate student payment and financial transaction records
Track fees, invoices, and receipts
Update and manage financial data using Microsoft Excel
Handle email communication related to payments through Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Teams
Reconcile financial records and ensure data accuracy
Support management with basic financial reports when required
Maintain strict confidentiality of financial and student data

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Proven experience as an Accountant or Bookkeeper
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Comfortable using Microsoft Outlook for professional communication
Good attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Basic understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles
